I/O及通訊性能：

主板數(shù)字輸入端口．儀表主板提供3個可編程輸入端口，接收無源觸點開關信號。

主板數(shù)字輸出端口  儀表主板提供3個可編程輸出端口，24VDC集電極開路輸出或250V、3A無源觸點。

可直接驅動控制繼電器。

通訊板：儀表安裝通訊板后可使用標準RS-232.RS-485串行接口與上位機通訊，上位機可采集儀表數(shù)據(jù)并對儀表進行操作。

主要功能

1、測量功能：瞬間流量計算、流量累計、自動調(diào)零和調(diào)間隔、自動零點跟蹤和電流輸出信號。

2、監(jiān)測功能：可提供狀態(tài)提示、過程報警、設定錯誤、設備故障、高流量報警、高負載報警、低負載報警、高控制偏差。

3、自動控制給料功能：具備兩個獨立的控制電流環(huán)。第一個控制電流環(huán)通常用于控制給料量，第二個電流環(huán)通常用于控制其他設備，控制方式為PID=比例+微分，可控制的過程變量為給料量、速度或皮帶秤載荷、流量設定點可通過鍵盤輸入、串行通訊或外部模擬信號設定?？刂戚敵鰹?-20mA電流環(huán)。
