BLCY-H型火車采樣裝置是火車人廠煤、礦產(chǎn)品機(jī)械自動(dòng)化呆制樣專業(yè)設(shè)備，目前以廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、化工、煤炭、港口等領(lǐng)域。

主要針對(duì)火車車廂裝載的散裝物料的樣品采集，可干翻車機(jī)、軌道衡配合運(yùn)行。能夠連續(xù)完成采樣、破碎、縮分、集樣。余料可棄回原車廂。

采樣深度可實(shí)現(xiàn)全斷面采集，或按設(shè)計(jì)范圍任意調(diào)整，其可靠性高，代表性強(qiáng)。采樣工藝符合GB/T19494-2004國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求

采樣頭升降主要有液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)、鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)、電動(dòng)絞車驅(qū)動(dòng)、齒條齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)等形式
