       自動(dòng)橋式汽車(chē)采樣裝置是適應(yīng)煤炭、冶金、化工、電力、港口等行業(yè)，針對(duì)汽車(chē)進(jìn)廠原料進(jìn)行自動(dòng)采樣而專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的，整套系統(tǒng)工作過(guò)程可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行樣品采集、制樣、縮分和集樣。其形式可分為BLCYO型橋式汽車(chē)采樣裝置和BLCYM型門(mén)式汽車(chē)采樣裝置，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和用戶要求，可選擇理想的配置。
      采樣工藝符合GB/T19494-2004國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求

設(shè)備組成／Equipment components

      主要由采樣大棚、行走大車(chē)、行走小車(chē)、升降系統(tǒng)、螺旋采樣頭、破碎系統(tǒng)、初級(jí)給料機(jī)、二級(jí)給料機(jī)、樣品收集器、接料斗、電氣操作系統(tǒng)等組成。

      采樣頭升降主要有：液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)、鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)、電動(dòng)絞車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)、齒條齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)等形式

      結(jié)構(gòu)形式有：?jiǎn)慰鐔诬?chē)、單跨雙車(chē)等形式

工作流程／Work process

       采樣機(jī)到達(dá)預(yù)定采樣點(diǎn)后，行走機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)鎖緊，啟動(dòng)采制樣系統(tǒng)，并由上下進(jìn)給裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)進(jìn)至預(yù)設(shè)煤層深處開(kāi)始采樣，集料斗門(mén)關(guān)閉，達(dá)到采樣深度后，采樣頭回至上部極限位置，小車(chē)行走至放料點(diǎn)，物料放入集料斗內(nèi)（重復(fù)以上步驟2次）三點(diǎn)采樣完成，大車(chē)行走至放料原點(diǎn)，集料斗自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟，煤樣經(jīng)過(guò)輸送機(jī)輸送至制樣單元系統(tǒng)內(nèi)，經(jīng)過(guò)破碎縮分，所需煤樣集A樣品瓶，余煤經(jīng)余料返回系統(tǒng)進(jìn)八余料儲(chǔ)存處。同時(shí)采樣頭放完煤樣后，又返回到所設(shè)采樣點(diǎn)，準(zhǔn)備下一煤車(chē)采樣。當(dāng)下一煤車(chē)到達(dá)采樣點(diǎn)后，啟動(dòng)采制樣系統(tǒng)，開(kāi)始采樣，同時(shí)集料斗門(mén)關(guān)閉。
