     自動皮帶采制樣裝黃可分為BLCYZ皮帶中部采樣裝置和BLCYT皮帶頭部采樣裝置。

     采樣工藝符合GB/T19494-2004國家標準要求

       BLCY-Z皮帶中部采樣裝置主要由以下部件組成璇轉(zhuǎn)采樣頭、初級皮帶給料機、破碎機、二級皮帶給料機、縮分器、樣品收集器、斗式提升機、余料返回系統(tǒng)以及電氣控制系統(tǒng)組成。

工作流程／Work process

       初級采樣頭與主皮帶連鎖，按照設(shè)定的時間間隔，采樣頭旋轉(zhuǎn)周，從運動的帶式輸送機上取得一個完整的橫截面的子樣，子樣通過溜槽落人初級皮帶給料機，由初級皮帶給科機將物料均勻地送八破碎機。破碎機將物料破碎到所要求的粒度，由二級皮帶給料機經(jīng)縮分器縮分出樣品，最后樣品被收集到防水、防塵的容器中。采樣系統(tǒng)中的余料通過斗式提升機返回到輸煤系統(tǒng)帶式輸送機上。
