       JGC-30型給煤機是一種稱重式全封閉膠帶給煤機，是火力發(fā)電制粉系統(tǒng)中的主要給煤設(shè)備。同時還可以用于其它工業(yè)鍋爐行業(yè)連續(xù)供煤，它把原煤均勻（連續(xù)無級調(diào)整速度）地送八制粉球磨機、中速磨煤和尾扇磨煤中，并可實現(xiàn)單爐計量。

該給煤機在封閉箱中利用皮帶傳動進行原煤輸送、系統(tǒng)布置靈活，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安裝方便、系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置計量裝置可實現(xiàn)變速稱重，調(diào)速范圍廣，維修量小、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、壽命長、節(jié)能降耗輸送量大、電機功率小、效率高。

本機裝有能與高溫分離的閘門，為安全維修提供方便。本設(shè)備在給煤機頭部、尾部及中部計暈段部位裝有觀察口，內(nèi)裝有照明裝置，便于隨時觀察機器運行情況，底部設(shè)置有漏煤清掃保險裝置，如遇故障能自動停止清掃系統(tǒng)運行。
