工作原理

儲(chǔ)煤倉中的煤通過煤閘門進(jìn)入給煤機(jī)，由給煤機(jī)內(nèi)部的輸送計(jì)量膠帶連續(xù)均勻的輸送磨煤機(jī)中，在輸送計(jì)暈?zāi)z帶的下面裝有電子稱重裝置，該裝置主要由高精度電子皮帶秤組成，稱重傳感器產(chǎn)生一個(gè)與煤的重量成比例的電信號(hào)和速度傳感器檢測到的皮帶速度信號(hào)，同時(shí)送人積算器，經(jīng)積算后得到瞬時(shí)流量和累計(jì)量。
